*** Please complete this form in addition to the Cat Behavior Questionnaire only if your cat has shown aggressive behavior toward a person.

*** Do not fill out this form if your cat is aggressive towards another cat (or cats) in your home. In that case, please complete the Cat-on-Cat Aggression Questionnaire.

Aggression toward people can feel upsetting or even scary, and you are not alone in dealing with this. Cats show aggression for many different reasons — including fear, pain, overstimulation, stress, or frustration.

The more detail you can provide, the better I can understand what’s happening and create a safe, effective plan for everyone involved.
